conducting business all over the country.

Skypass Aviation has been incorporated as an Aircraft
Maintenance Organization (AMO) in Bangladesh to
revolutionize the industry. We aim to provide Aircraft
Maintenance Services satisfying all standards set by Civil
Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) & European
Safety Agency (EASA) with the
Innotech Holding Ltd.
Innotech Holdings Limited is the Leasee of 5 STAR Hotel & Resort
Project in Bangabandhu Hi-tech Park, Sylhet. This project has
started in 2022 and scheduled to be completed within 5 years.

United Arab Emirates. Its office is located in Deira, Dubai. This
